Please note that if you are exhibiting sheep within your stand they must be in place before 6pm on Monday 27th July 2026, as there will be no access to the site after this time and a veterinary inspection of all sheep will take place that evening. Please ensure suppliers of sheep are informed of this very important ruling and there will be no access to the showground to deliver/collect sheep between 6pm on Monday 27th July and 5pm on Tuesday 28th July.

There is no charge for hurdles for NSA-affiliated breed societies. Please state how many pens you require OR how many hurdles.

NSA Sheep Event Promotion

Please note that Farmers Guardian is the Media Partner for the event and may contact you regarding advertising in the Official Preview within the magazine. NSA will also produce event information to be distributed ahead of the event and given to all visitors on the day. This will be an A3 map of the showground, folded down to a pocket-sized flyer. It will include a timetable, essential event information and a list of trade stands and numbers. There will also be space for a limited number of company adverts (roughly the size of a business card). Advertising opportunities are also available in the editions of Sheep Farmer leading up to the event, which will carry extensive promotion of the event.

The name and address entered here will be listed on the NSA Sheep Event 2026 website and the company name and stand number when allocated will be listed in the NSA Sheep Event 2026 Leaflet at no charge.
